Fluid Catalytic Cracking Catalyst for Gas Phase Polymerization with Narrow Molecular Weight Distribution

SLC-S is a slurry-phase catalyst dispersed in special mineral oil. This type of Ziegler-Natta catalyst is applicable to UNIPOL process, appropriate for condensing mode operation. SLC-S is a proper substitution for traditional solid-phase catalyst, especially suitable for high/medium/low polyethylene production with narrow molecular weight distribution. SLC-S maintains a stable catalytic activity ranging from 15000 to 30000 g.PE/g.cat. This catalyst shows a good sensitivity towards hydrogen and comonomer, while aligns with the general requirements in terms of fluidized bed mass, flow bulk density, and resin bulk density.
