BCE-H100 Catalyst Polyethylene Polymerization Catalyst in Slurry Process
BCE-H100 catalyst is a specially designed slurry-phase catalyst suitable for high density PE production using Hostalen slurry polymerization process. It is an effective titanium-based ethylene polymerization catalyst with a great cluster preventative capability. Catalyst BCE-H100 has proved successful in adequate cases through long cycle production.
Catalytic activity of BEC-H100 is higher than 30000 g.PE/g.cat (tested in 2L slurry polymerization reactor at 80 °C for 2 hrs, with p(Hydrogen): p(Ethylene) = 0.28MPa:0.45MPa). BEC-H100 has excellent hydrogen sensitivity and great copolymerization ability. Polymer products have narrow particle size distribution, high bulk density, and less oligomer and fine powder yield.
