Hydrocracking catalyst with the high content of aromatics
Catalyst JL-G-3 is composed of tailor-made catalyst JL-G-3 with amorphous big pore Si-Al and tailor-made zeolite MUY depending on optimize composition ratio; it is a kind of hydrocracking catalyst of mid-distillate for maximum and flexibility producing jet fuel and diesel.
Having stronger flexibility, this kind of catalyst can process the heavy feedstock with the high content of aromatics, for example, it can process low-quality feedstock mixed with CGO, etc. Catalyst JL-G-3 possesses better selectivity of mid-distillate and higher activity. As the higher hydrogenation activity and higher ring-splitting activity, it can produce high-quality hydrocracking products and also a little part of naphtha. If catalyst HT-3974 is used for once through process, the tail oil will be the high-quality raw material for producing ethylene by cracking steam; it also can be used to produce the basic oil for lube oil.
Catalyst JL-G-3 not only can be used in the single stage series process permitting feedstock with high-nitrogen, but also can be applied to straight produce high-nitrogen feedstock in the single stage and single reagent process. Therefore catalyst 3974 possesses higher flexibility in operation.
