Methanation catalyst takes alumina as carrier, carries nickel as active components and promoter . The catalyst has excellent crushing strength and lower loss on attrition and outstanding low-temperature reaction active. It also has very good thermal stability. The life of the product is longer than the similar products 30%, more than 5 years. We can provide the catalyst in pre-reduced state or oxidation state.
Application: it is mainly used for hydrogenation into methane from carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in affluents ,such as mixed gases of hydrogen-nitrogen in synthetic ammonia process or hydrogen-rich gases. The product has been successfully used in several industrial units at home and abroad.
