Dimethyl ether catalyst efficient catalyst for methanol production of two methyl ether
It is supported by γ-Al2O3,when adding a certain amount of preparation of heteropoly acid co catalyst to improve its activity, selectivity and heat resistance.
DME-1 catalyst is suitable for gas phase methanol dehydration to produce dimethyl ether.The catalyst can be used to prepare dimethyl ether by using fine methanol or crude methanol (methanol synthesis process without distillation separation of products) as raw material.The industrial production shows that the catalyst has the advantages of good activity, high selectivity, small bulk density, wide temperature adaptation range, good thermal stability, long service life, etc., it is a new and efficient catalyst for methanol production of two methyl ether.
