P-MAX is a new generation additive for enhancing propylene yield in FCC process. The key to obviously enhancing the selectivity of propylene is to maximize the C3 to C4 ratio in LPG. Several technical approaches have been taken including strengthening the propylene selectivity of the active component, developing a new matrix and taking a new additive production method, so that the propylene selectivity and the hydro-thermal stability of the additive are improved greatly as well as its anti-attrition property.
