SEB/AB series catalyst Ethylbenzene Alkylation Cataly for ethyl benzene production by gas phase alkylation in Gas Phase
Both SEB series catalyst and AB series catalyst are applicable to ethyl benzene preparation process by gas phase alkylation. AB series catalyst is applicable to preparation of ethyl benzene by utilizing pure ethylene, while SEB series catalyst is applicable to preparation of ethyl benzene by utilizing dilute ethylene. The main features are as below:
The catalyst is of high activity and good selectivity; the ethylene conversion is over 95% and the ethyl selectivity is over 99%.
The main impurity (xylene content) in the product ethyl benzene is low.
This catalyst is stable. The regeneration cycle is more than 12 months, and the service life is more than 2 years. It can meet the requirements of long-time operation under the condition of high loading, which can greatly improve the production capacity of the unit.
